The mutton is marinated overnight in a blend of yogurt and spices, then slow-cooked until fall-off-the-bone tender before being layered with perfectly aged basmati rice. The pot is sealed and cooked on low heat, allowing the flavours to meld beautifully. Served with raita and fresh salad. Available for dine-in, takeout, and delivery across Winnipeg.
