About Our Seekh Kabab

Our Seekh Kabab is a popular tandoor-grilled dish at A-One Restaurant in Winnipeg. Finely minced meat is expertly blended with fresh onions, green chillies, coriander, mint, ginger, garlic, and a carefully balanced mix of traditional Pakistani spices. The mixture is hand-shaped onto metal skewers with skill and care.

The skewers are then grilled in our authentic wood-fired tandoor, which gives them a distinctive smoky flavour and beautiful char marks while keeping the inside moist and flavourful. Served with mint chutney, fresh salad, naan, and lemon wedges. Perfect as a starter or as part of a BBQ platter. Available for dine-in, takeout, and delivery across Winnipeg.
